MBLU is a 1-3 day conference that focuses on book lovers. It is a great opportunity to hang out with some of your favorite authors and fellow book lovers, it’s also a great way to find new authors to read.
MBLU is a proud supporter of PETS FOR VETS, a national charity with a local chapter in Madison, WI. The organization places service dogs with veterans who wouldn't normally qualify. Since 2015, MBLU and its attendees have raised over $5,500, enough money to sponsor two complete vet/dog matches.
Coastal Magic is a super casual, urban fantasy, paranormal, and romance focused convention in Daytona Beach, Florida.
With panels designed to start interesting discussions, and meet & greets with fun themes, we’ve got something for every fan. While there IS a schedule, there is also ample time for authors and readers to just hang out together. This is exactly what we’re here for!
Join us for reader, blogger, and author shenanigans! We feature a lineup of over 50 amazing storytellers that showcases not only personal and best-selling favorites, but debut and “new to you” authors that are sure to catch your attention.

RAGT has a two-part mission: to bring together authors & readers, with other industry professionals like editors, agents, publishers and publicists, in a very casual, friendly atmosphere with lots of time for visiting. While all these wonderful people are gathered, we also raise money and awareness for several worthy causes, like the Animal Adoption Foundation, The Conductive Learning Center for children with spina bifida and cerebral palsy, and The One Way Farm, Children’s Home. Between the huge annual raffle extravaganza, and of course the annual benefit book, these organizations have received many thousands in much needed funding.
The Get Together is possible because everyone pitches in. Relying heavily on a band of amazing volunteers, an entire weekend of fun happens with authors, readers, publishers, editors and agents with LOTS of giveaways, terrific raffles, plenty of face time with your favorite author, two multi-author book fairs, photos, meals, games, parties…, But RAGT’s focus is to make the gathering FUN for the readers.
