Authors I Love:

Kerrelyn Sparks
Author of the Love at Stake series and someone who makes me giggle on a regular basis, she's been adding shifters to her vamps and I'm loving it.

Sherrilyn Kenyon
If you don't know the author of the Dark Hunter series, what rock have you been hiding under?

Shelly Laurenston
I love her take on shifters, and her characters are wonderful!

Lora Leigh
Her Breed books are incredible!

Annmarie McKenna
I have yet to be disappointed in an Annmarie McKenna story, and I don't think you will be, either! She writes paranormal, contemporary, M/M... I think the only
things she hasn't done are historical and sci/fi.

Christine Feehan
Nothing makes me hotter than an alpha male claiming his mate, and very few people write that better than Christine Feehan.  My favorite series by her is the
Carpathians, starting with
Dark Prince.

Lauren Dane
I adore the Chase brothers! And the Cascadia Wolves are a must-buy.  She writes paranormal and contemporary.

Maya Banks
Hot men, hotter love stories.  She's one of the few authors capable of making me shed a tear, and she does it every damn time.

Beth Williamson
Man, I love me some cowboys, and she delivers...

Lori Foster
I tried to think of a book that she's written that I haven't liked and can't come up with a single one.

Jayne Ann Krentz/Jayne Castle/Amanda Quick
She does it all, and she does it well.  On of the few "sweet" romance writers I read.

M/M Authors I Love:

TA Chase
One of the M/M authors I enjoy reading, TA does cowboys, paranormal, science fiction... you name it, and she does it well.

JL Langley
Can you say cowboys, regency heroes in space, and shifters? I haven't read anything by JL I've disliked!

Ally Blue
Bay City Paranormal Investigations series, Untamed Heart, Fireflies... need I say more?

Amanda Young,
She delivers not only M/M, but menage, paranormal, normal... very versatile, very good reads.

Mychael Black
So far, my favorite has got to be Realms of Fantasy.

Ethan Day
The man made me giggle, made me tear up, and I rooted for the good guy... and he does it in first person narrative, which I usually don't like.

Rowan McBride
If you haven't read Lone yet, run, do not walk, to pick it up. Then get the rest of his stuff!

Mary Calmes

I first read Change of Heart, then picked up Timing, and I've been hooked on her ever since.

LB Gregg

The Men of Smithfield is one of my favorite series. I eagerly await everything she writes. And I actually got to tell her so at the Romantic Times convention!

Amy Lane

I started with Truth in the Dark, and I've devoured everything else she's written since.

Non-Romance Authors I Love:

Steve Miller and Sharon Lee
There's nothing quite like Liad for those of you into Sci Fi with a touch of romance (see, honey! I don't read ONLY romances! I read stuff WITH romance, but not
JUST romance!)  Just remember to guard your melan'ti!

Terry Pratchett
Terry Pratchett is one of my favorite fantasy authors.  If you've never read a novel of the Discworld you're missing out on an awful lot of fun.

Anne Bishop

If you haven't read the Black Jewels trilogy (and their follow-up books), you're really missing out on something wonderful. One of the few authors who can make
me laugh and cry at the same time.

Lois McMaster Bujold

The Vorkosigan Saga. Miles is an unlikely hero, but he overcomes and succeeds in the best of ways. Definitely a favorite, and an inspiration.

Jim Butcher

If you haven't heard of Harry Dresden, you've been living under a rock. An old, moss-covered one. Probably covered in centuries of bird crap. Seriously. Buy these
books. You won't be disappointed.
